Many families send a small portion on a Celestis space memorial while keeping the remainder as a keepsake, placing it in a donated property, or creating a lasting memorial on private land. We guide you through every choice with clarity and care.

Home memorials & donated property

For space memorials, Celestis publishes base pricing for a single 1-gram capsule: Earth Rise starting at $3,495 USD and is subject to change (multi-participant and pet arrangements require a custom quote). If you’d like a pet to travel with a loved one on a space mission, we’ll confirm Celestis’ policy and arrange what’s possible. In the meantime, we’ll advise on non-space options that honour your companion.

If donating a property to Karmic Legacies, we help with the paperwork to capture your life’s story and your wishes. You will need a legal will to donate your property, which will need to be done with your notary or lawyer. We can help you find one in your area if needed.
